Go to https://portal.office.com after signing in go you your profile icon top right, click on “My Account”, click on “Security and Privacy” then go to “Additional Verification”. Click on update phone number and app, click on the clickable next to additional verification settings ( Click on the App Password top left ), choose a name you want to save the app. Please Note! Make sure you the code and save it somewhere safe. You can not retrieve that password so make sure you can find it if needed.
